The aluminum channel cooling system uses a very high-quality aluminum material (6063-T5) that ensures excellent heat dissipation for the LED strips (not included). When using LED strips alone, they can get very hot inside the LED chips, causing the light to dim quickly. The aluminum channel system keeps the LED cooler and longer-lasting, while also making the light look more beautiful.

The aluminum material is anodized, making it anti-corrosion and allowing it to be cut down to any desired length using a hand saw or air saw. It is important to check the width size of your strips and strip-connector to ensure they are less than 12.2mm before purchasing this channel. The milky cover for the LED channel is made of high-quality, flame-retardant material that will not turn yellow for at least 2 years. The milky cover diffuses the light, making it softer and reducing glare. The cover is very easy to install: simply insert one edge into one side of the aluminum channel, then snap and press the other edge into the opposite side.

We have updated the endcaps for the channel, making them stronger and preventing light leakage. There are also extension connectors (search for "B07885PZH6") and L-shaped corner connectors (search for "B0788CFWTV") available for the channel (connectors not included).

The package includes 10 x 2m (6.6ft) silver aluminum U-channels, 10 x 2m (6.6ft) milky PC covers, 50 mounting clips, 48 end caps (24 without holes and 24 with holes), 50 screws for wood, and 50 screws for hard walls and ceilings.
